AI visibility

How to get cited by ChatGPT as a B2B company

Being cited by an AI assistant cannot be bought or declared. It is built with explicit content a machine can read, cross-check and attribute. Here is the method we apply inside Zenboost 360° Scans.

Free scan, no credit card. You choose the language the content is generated in.

1. Know what the engine says about you today

Before producing anything, get the baseline: which questions you are absent from, who is cited instead, and what the engine claims about your offer. Without that zero point, you cannot tell whether your effort works.

2. Write one page per problem solved

AI engines answer questions, not menu categories. A "Our solutions" page answers nothing. A page covering one precise problem, with the answer in the first lines, becomes citable.

  • A heading that repeats the buyer's question.
  • The answer in two or three sentences, right at the top.
  • Detail afterwards: method, scope, limits, cases where you are not the right fit.
  • Your customers' words, not your internal vocabulary.

3. Make your facts attributable

An engine cites what it can verify. Spell out what your competitors leave implicit: geography, industries served, customer size, lead times, delivery formats, pricing signals.

4. Multiply third-party sources

A single source — your own site — carries little weight. Press mentions, serious industry directories, interviews, reviews and talks create the redundancy engines need to name you with confidence.

5. Measure, then repeat

AI visibility moves: models update, competitors publish. A recurring scan beats a one-off definitive audit.
